Niacinamide Brightening Toner is full of humectants that have the ability to visibly improve the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, fine lines, dullness, while helping to improve the overall appearance of the skin and also can work to dissolve ingrown hairs as well.

This toner contains Alcohol at Free Witch Hazel Hydrosol. The hydrosol in this toner is an astringent, soothing, tightens skin, & is overall great for all skin types. This will not dry your skin out like regular witch hazel.
